- 14 Sep, 2020
On September 15th, various media outlets revealed that the two K-pop idols in question are members of Supernova. One of the two is claimed to be Yoonhak as it fits MBC's 'Newsdesk's hint that he was tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this year.
The police are currently investigating the two for details.
On September 14th, MBC's 'Newsdesk' made a report of two members of a famous K-pop group are under fire on suspicion of illegal gambling. The news report did not reveal the identity of the two but dropped hints for the public to figure it out.

According to them, the group has been actively promoting in Japan for the past 10 years. The group ranked high on the Oricon chart several times. The two members are said to be acting idols as they have been involved in multiple dramas, too.
The two members, who are in their 30s, are being accused of illegally playing Baccarat at a casino in the Philippines from 2016 through 2018. One of the two also participated in online gambling on an illegal site run by another Korean national, with stakes reportedly up to KRW 50 million (approximately USD 42,300).
When the two were summoned by the police, they claimed that they did not travel to the Philippines with the purpose of gambling but happened to gamble there by chance.
The report lastly revealed that one of the two members has been infected with COVID-19 back in March.
